My promise -  you will experience a shift in your self perception and a new understanding of others and situations after our working together. I call this Essential Wisdom.

Learning the skills of Essential Wisdom, how to use new tools, and accomplishing your goals will be the focus of our time. 

The content of our sessions will focus on learning about self-awareness, and how to use other new tools when you practice with your real life and work circumstances to influence the outcomes you want. You’ll master ways to increase self-awareness, evoke fresh insight, challenge your assumptions, improve your listening and communication, discern others’ perspectives, and deliver your most productive response. 

By learning to apply these new resources, you develop behavioral intelligence which is essential to better relationships and leadership in all parts of your life, with outcomes such as:

• Clear boundaries set confidently and kindly reinforced.
• Increased self-awareness, other awareness, and managing the space in between. 
• Improved collaborative performance with defined reporting structure and accountabilities.
• Greater ease in routine and difficult conversations.
• Congruent culture built on healthy, 360-degree communication.

Mastering the skills of awareness, leadership, and relationship-building needed to become an impactful executive is a life-long commitment. You likely will want to collaborate for more than a single year, as do other executives, growing in competence as your career progresses. Yet you won’t need to wait a year to validate your skills’ effectiveness. The program is designed to give you valuable real-time experience and feedback, so we can course correct when needed to assure progress toward agreed outcomes. 

Engagement during the first year includes the following, with all meeting conducted in your preferred forum - in person, by phone, or Zoom - 

• Proven proprietary lessons, tools, and assignments that help you apply what you’ve learned to real life experiences and reference ever after.
• Individualized learning about yourself and new tools, and how to apply this knowledge to real-life circumstance practice in one-on-one coaching in two 60-minute sessions per month.
• Kolbe A Index and Barrett Values Index.
• Individualized goals and a path for accomplishment during the coming year.
• Progress updates during 6 bi-monthly meetings with you and your sponsoring leader. 
• As-needed additional guidance and support through unlimited access by phone, text, email, Zoom or in person.

Subsequent years follow the same format as the first with ongoing monthly and ad-hoc support toward your goals. New content is added when relevant for achievement.

Once we’ve agreed to collaborate and executed the engagement agreement, here’s what happens in the coming year together:

Onboarding - 

• Initial meeting reviewing what our time together will look like and our respective commitments.
• Kolbe A Index and Barrett Values Index. 
• Debrief assessments and prepare for Goal Setting meeting.
• Goal Setting meeting with you and sponsoring leader to define outcomes.
• Schedule first coaching session at which subsequent monthly meetings will be scheduled.

Throughout the Year - 

• Practice applying new skills with exercises between 1 on 1 monthly sessions, ever-improving your leadership performance and your team’s in real time with real experiences.
• Additional guidance and support through unlimited access by phone, text, email, Zoom, or in person 
• Bi-monthly/quarterly meetings with your sponsoring leader to assess progress and identify priority areas for continued practice. 

I work with a limited number of clients who work directly and solely with me to assure focused access while making your career impactfully memorable.
