It’s my own career’s purpose to develop legendary executives who demonstrate and inspire others toward exceptional leadership. 

During nearly 20 years in retail leadership roles for Hallmark Cards, Talbots, Burberry, and Hermes, I took great pride in my executive performance producing tangible, dramatic earnings. 

CBIZ recruited me to create the firm’s inaugural Leadership Coaching product delivering a 30% year-over-year increase in new client revenue initially, and 56% increase over 2016’s top-line. 

Hallmark recruited me to open its first ever HMK store, a multi-layered business model with on-site product customization and 30k+ UPCs, to deliver 13% year-over-year increase in sales. It was the top producing business unit of three other concept stores in the district.

Then I noticed something potentially more impactful in my work - how easily people opened up to me. One minute I was selling an Hermes scarf, and the next minute the customer was tearfully pouring out her soul to me. And my teams were telling me I was the best leader they’d ever had, because we worked in partnership around mutual trust.

It became clear one of my innate strengths is helping others become more intentionally accomplished. 

That’s when I committed to my current work with other high-performance executives. By asking really good questions and listening with authentic curiosity to find what is going on behind others’ word and actions, I help high performance executives develop self-awareness that makes them better leaders - and better in all of life’s relationships. 

This deep listening is in my coaching work as well as the life I share with my husband, Tom Anderson. We jokingly call our family a 30-year personal growth workshop, crediting the most profound lessons to our now-adult children, Wesley and Kate. 

Through each of my professional and personal encounters, I’ve come to believe that the Universe is always conspiring in our favor with infinite invitations to transform ourselves and the world around us. With insights from self-awareness, we can intentionally create the results we want - as individuals, in the teams we lead, and in every relationship in every aspect of our lives.
